December date/s to be confirmed. As a non-profit organisation, our resources are limited, so we can only manage enquiries and bookings during specific periods. For December 2025 bookings will open at 9:00 am on 1 December 2025, and we’ll also be available to respond to queries from that time. We understand this may not be ideal, but unfortunately, we’re unable to provide administrative support outside these dates. It’s important to understand that our main staff work entirely on a voluntary basis. Thank you for your understanding and patience. Please complete the Referral Form. All submissions will be reviewed from 9:00 am on 1 December 2025, and we’ll respond within three working days from that date.
