As a non-profit organisation, our resources are very limited, so we can only manage enquiries and bookings during specific periods. For December 2025 bookings will open at 9:00 am on 1 December 2025, and we’ll also be available to respond to queries from that time. We understand this may not be ideal, but unfortunately, we’re unable to provide administrative support outside these dates. It’s important to understand that our main staff work entirely on a voluntary basis. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Please complete the Referral Form. All submissions will be reviewed from 9:00 am on 1 December 2025, and we’ll respond within three working days from that date.

Once we receive your online form a member of Neurokind Space will contact you within 2-3 working days to discuss your needs. Please note the above information regarding response times outside of booking/enquiries period. We are a non-profit organisation and therefore administration staff are not available throughout the year, please note the above paragraph.
Please note that, due to limited resources, we’re unable to carry out home visits or external assessments. Instead, children who are new to Neurokind Space will need to attend the club with their parent or carer for an informal discussion before a place can be confirmed. Neurokind Space feel this is a vital part of the referral process as in order to keep our children safe and happy we would benefit hugely from having a detailed discussion with the people who know them best! As a SEN parent myself, I know how daunting it can be to trust people to meet your child’s needs and therefore we hope this assessment will provide some reassurance that we have every single child’s best interests and safety at heart!
Please note the information above regarding our response times outside of our booking/enquiries periods.
